Wellbeing in Staffordshire
If you heard Shane & Indy on the radio promoting mens mental health, it would be great if you could be involved in promoting it for people in your community by doing one ‘Random Act of Kindness’ today. Below you will find a downloadable A4 PDF that you can print off double sided, then cut to size. You can then either keep these in your wallet/purse, or place on a counter in your workplace so you can help someone by sign posting them to the Mind service. Alternatively you could get them printed professionally from a local printer for between £20-£50.
The North Staffs Mind charity have a men’s mental health support group every Wednesdays at 6-8pm at Staffs University Ashley Building 1, Leek Road.
